Abstract: The effective agricultural institution is vital to the development of agriculture, thus its choice must comply with the voluntary principle, and help farmers reduce the cost of transactions. But under the same condition of resources, geographical and ecological surrounding and how the agriculture operates depends on whether institution arrangement is reasonable.
