Abstract: The Japanese orphans and their offspring abando ne d in China during the Second World War are a typical and special group,the study of whom concerns issues like cultural conflict,cultural adaptability and re-so cialization.By studying the social adaptability of these people,this thesis inte nds to reveal the changes,when encountering with different cultures and values,i n human psychology,outlook and the mode of behavior,so as to make a basic study of cultural compatibility and co-existence.
