国企经营者年薪制的基本问题

摘要: 政企真正分开、经营者与职工关系定位、经营者年薪市场化是国企经营者年薪制相互联系的基本问题。这三个问题解决好 ,其他诸多问题就可迎刃而解。如果不着力解决这三个基本问题 ,而在其他问题上打转转 ,就是舍本求末 ,国企经营者年薪制就会徒有虚名

Abstract: The complete separation of enterprises from political power, the proper orientation of the relationship between SOE s executives and their employees and the combination of the annual salary system of executives with markets are the three basic problems, which are mutually connected, in carrying out the annual salary system of SOE s executives. With the three problems well solved, others will be readily solved as well. If not, the annual salary system of SOE s executives would only have an undeserved reputation.
