Abstract: On the basis of research on the impact of social relationships caused by the Internet, the article analyses different types of legal relationships caused by the Internet and its ways of legislative regulationThen it summarizes the characteristics and deficiencies of China’s Internet laws Meanwhile, compared with the characteristics of systems of the Internet laws of other countries in the world, the article considers that we should speed up legislation on civil laws and criminal laws related to the Internet, and adjust social relationships caused by Internet with synthetic legal measures
