Abstract: E-government is a great turning point of changing the government’s function. However, in China there are still lots of problems in this process, such as “isolated information island” and “not customer-oriented but based on old infrastructure”. The paper holds that the informatization of government and enterprise has the same hypostasis-the customer-oriented BPR. Using the experience of enterprise’s informatization to build e-government is suggested in the end of this paper.
