Abstract: Based on the theoretical introduction to the price floor regulation,this paper analyzes the necessity and particularities of implementing the price floor regulation in the mobile telecom market in China,like purposes of the price floor regulation,regional variation and shortage of key cost data.In the light of international experience,this paper puts forward several workable regulatory suggestions with regard to the design of service basket,price floor,application and examination.
