Abstract: With the in-depth development of economic globalization, the relationship between internal economic cycles and external economic cycles among countries is increasingly close. Based on China’s economic situation, this paper explores the relationship between internal economic cycles and external economic cycles, analyzes the relationship between economic growth and great powers’ E/I economic cycles with grey relational analysis methods, and puts forward some proposals for making good use of its internal economic cycles so as to take the full advantages of the great power.
