Abstract: Having been set up formally, the postal savings bank is determined to be a community bank and to serve rural areas. Setting up the Postal Savings Bank to implement the professional management of financial business of the postal savings does not only conform to the trend of the reform in the financial system international postal savings, but also is of positive significance to promote the reform in China’s financial system and further improve the establishment of China’s financial market. This article discusses about the feasibility, necessity and business strategy of the microcredit in the postal savings bank so as to be used as a reference for the new bank.
