Abstract: There have always been some prejudices in foreign media’s reports about China, which makes foreign people have prejudices against China. As the net’s influence becomes stronger and stronger, it is imperative to strengthen intemational communication in the cyber circumstance so as to shape China’s national image. Devel- oping international communication in the cyber circumstance can restrict foreign media’s hegemony of dis- course, change their stiff impression of China, alleviate the noises in communication and shape China’s good national image.
