Abstract: Based on the research on memory in psychology and through the authors own practice and teaching experience,the paper proposes some teaching methods and skills to improve new learners memory,which include listening practice,retelling exercises,note-taking skills,knowledge accumulation and so forth to help new learners to overcome the bottle-neck problem in interpretation.
