Abstract: This paper discusses the dialectical relations between the judicial examination and law graduate education, i.e., their tense relation as well as benign interaction. Further investigation and proposals are made to achieve that more law graduate students can pass the examination or obtain the same qualifications without sacrificing too much energy, and meanwhile to ensure the quality of graduates of law graduate students, which will attract more students to enter the field of the legal profession. Therefore, a benign interaction between the two can be established.
