Abstract:

This article attempts to examine China’s telecommunications regulatory issues from the perspective of public policy ineffectiveness The reasons for failure of regulation of telecommunications are analyzed from thee aspects: public policy formulation, implementation and evaluation Following that, solutions are proposed to approach the new situation of China’s telecommunications regulatory issues as a preliminary exploration
