Abstract:

Along with the issue of 3G licenses in China, the bandwidth and coverage provided by mobile network provider are improved quickly To meet the traffic requirement of busy period, the operator has built a sufficient network, which is left unused in nonbusy period This article explains the income and cost based on time parameter, illustrates the feasibility of reusing the left unused resource by realtime data By classical demand and supply model, this article analyses possible influence if mobile network provider reduces the price of nonbusy period Finally, the article points out that the SP/CPs should develop relative services to attract users to use mobile network during nonbusy period, simultaneously the benefit of operator, SP/CPs and consumers will be all achieved by adding the traffic in nonbusy period
