Abstract:

Since our society became the information society, the network public sphere has and will have played more and more important role in current days and the future This paper first discusses the essence of the network public sphere, expounds its function, then points out the factors that restrict healthy development of the network public sphere by using example of BBS community, and finally proposes the solution to overcoming the deficiency from the regulated macroscopic angle
