Abstract:

In the simulation technique, copyright can cover all the issues of duplication However, with the application of digital technique and popularity of Internet, a great number of works can be duplicated casually, and as a result, a new challenge is faced by copyright under network environment Through introducing the arguments about private duplication, this paper explores the orientation of private duplication, analyzes Copyright Law’s regulation on private duplication and its insufficiency and finally proposes some measures of perfecting the private duplication system under network environment, trying to help to solve related problems in judicial practice
