With the development of the Internet and electronic business, micro transactions with the features of low-charging and high frequency become more and more frequent Therefore, there is a large trading volume owing to the accumulation of micro transactions The micropayment brings operators profits and provides convenience for consumers However, many problems are still unresolved, and laws and regulation of micropayment are highly needed This paper proposes application system and relevant regulation of micropayment, which can make it develop in a proper and legal way, and realize the completion of payment system
