Abstract:

This paper discusses whether virtual operation market should be opened in China and analyzed experience, effect, timing and other aspects of opening of foreign countries The results show that virtual operation telecom market of China have met requirements of opening However, the government regulation and the domestic enterprise management should be strengthened Meanwhile, the paper points out the problems of national virtual operation market and makes suggestion related to opening
