Empirical Study of Factors Affecting online learners’ Knowledge Sharing

Abstract:

Online learning is a kind of network learning. Knowledge sharing of online learners plays an effective role in maximizing the value of knowledge. By using questionnaire survey approach to investigate network learners in Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, this paper analyzes the factors that affect online learners’ knowledge sharing from knowledge sharing motivation, platform construction, and sharing content, and then discusses the effective way to promote network learners to share knowledge.
