Abstract:

The harmful information on Internet has been restricting the process of network, and become a very important part in Internet governance. In order to clean the harmful information effectively, we must study its propagation mechanism on the Internet. Based on the Internet topology and dynamic behavior of the biological propagation model, this paper separately presents a harmful Internet information propagation model in free space and in the governance condition. From the results of the two models, we can see that the structure of Internet topology determines the harmful information propagation mechanism. In the free space model, reducing the infection coefficient of infected nodes and the number of infected nodes in central nodes is an effective way to prevent harmful information propagation. And in the governance propagation model, protecting the central nodes, reducing the infection coefficient of infected central nodes and increasing the governance coefficient is one of ways to governance the Internet harmful information.
