Abstract:

Based on the introduction of mobile international roaming and roaming alliance, this paper presents one simple model and examines the main factors influencing alliances’ settlement price in international roaming market and operators’ profits Settlement price is closely related to roaming traffic distribution, traffic proportion of roaming in and out, and price elasticity coefficient of roaming demand Conclusions are verified and graphically presented with MATLAB simulation
