Abstract:

The double-faced effect between standardization, intellectual property right (IPR) and technological innovation, has made it difficult for scholars to cooperate with each other Based on the study of interactional mechanism between institutional and technological innovation, this paper examines the complementary function between standardization and IPR institutions in vertical dimension; then discusses the double-sword effect of standardized system of technological selection-oriented on technological innovation, and the double-faced impact of IPR institution of incentive-oriented on technological innovation
