Abstract:

Social members’ pursuit of value identification, network mobilization organization and the demand for public services based on social members’ differentiation are the main causes of the rise of network community Given one typical network community, social practice effects with pros and cons are analyzed by using process-event analysis method The results show that results-oriented control management neither guides healthy development of network community nor curbs its negative effects A composite governance system adapted to modern social government should be established to improve management ability of network community
