Perspective of Market Access on China’s Foreign Trade Legal System: Achievements, Problems, Challenges and Solutions

Abstract: China’s foreign trade in terms of legal awareness, operation and research are analyzed from the perspective of market access By way of historical and comparative methods, it is concluded that China’s market needs to be open wider as foreigners require in some fields and indeed to be narrowed in many industries; that China should, in the face of foreigners’ market access requirement, improve its legal awareness, legal operation and legal research level; that China should learn from some developed countries in their determination of legal issues by political judgment when necessary; and that China should enhance its legal strategies and tactics in terms of research and practice, and make efforts to establish regional or international trade system with guiding role
