Comparative Study on Risk Decision Making Based on Emotional #br# Experience and Personality Traits

Abstract: Alternative decision making is first studied, and it is compared with individual decision making The purpose is to research the differences between individual and alternative decision making and the reasons By combining the sensation seeking and the emotional experience scales through the Balloon Analogue Risk Task (BART), individual and alternative decision making are studied The results show that person′s risk preference is lower in alternative decision making than that in individual decision making Alternative decision making could bring more sense of control, achievement, happiness and less sense of regret In two person′s combination, two high-risk-seeking individuals′ risk preference has no significant difference from that of two low-risk-seeking individuals The risk preference of low-high individuals′ combination is the lowest among these three combinations The research could provide more decision models when enterprise facing risk decision making It has theoretical and practical contributions to the enterprise organization structure design and management
