 Moral Hazard Prevention in P2P Lending under the Perspective of Credit Legislation

Abstract: Internet finance requires Internet credit There are serious moral hazard risks in Peer to Peer (P2P) network lending industry due to  dual information asymmetry Thus, it is of great significance to strengthen moral hazard prevention by credit legislation Current new regulations cannot make up for the deficiencies of credit legislation and credit systemAnd furthermore, the information superiority party in network lending industry cannot balance its rights and obligations, which make the moral hazard of P2P network lending still serious Under the perspective of credit legislation, legal countermeasures to deal with the serious moral hazard risks of the industry are put forward, trying to further alleviate the information asymmetry situation on the basis of learning from mature experience of foreign credit legislation and credit system construction
