Abstract:  The development and competition of AI (artificial intelligence) industry have been carried out all over the world, and during the process,there are lots of problems and hidden troubles as well Among those problems, the most noticeable ones are the damage liability of AI products, copyright protection of AI creations, and security of personal information and privacy in AI service Roots of those problems mentioned above are analyzed, and with legislation and theoretical research at home and abroad.
