Abstract: Constructivism psychology is regarded as the theoretical foundation of higher E-education, which is widely identified，however, there is only few paper which is about Higher E-education from the perceptions of Constructivism psychology. From the perceptions of the characteristic of intention and vocational curriculum based on the situated learning and the interaction on Constructivism psychology, This paper does some researches on the practical application of higher E-education and the attention-worthwhile strategies .
