Abstract: In order to find some internal relations among words and expressions in the Chinese language,we take Chinese character ‘chi’ as an example to establish the idea of an information network.Based on this theory,we can solve the problems encountered in language teaching and research so as to suit the needs of the information age and the globalization of multimedia network education.
