摘要: 在商业化运作的情况下,时限不再仅仅是衡量邮政产品质量与服务水平的一个重要指标,而且已成为寄递业务市场竞争的焦点。因此,合理确定邮件的传递时限标准,也就成为邮政企业和用户共同关心的首要问题。本文从总结和分析邮政企业的实际情况出发,探讨了制定邮件传递时限标准的两种模式。
