摘要： 网络化考试作为一种新兴的考试形式正在我国普及，为了保护网络化考试中考生的权益，针对一些考试服务机构侵害考生权利事件的发生，从网络化考试中考生法律地位定位出发，通过比对消费者知情权，结合网络化考试的特点和问题，明确普通考生知情权的范围；同时根据侵害考生知情权的原因寻找保护措施和救济途径，以达到对网络化考试中考生知情权的有效保护。

Abstract: The new Internetbased exams are gaining popularity these days in China But some problems occurred with the implementing of these exams Starting with the features of the Internetbased exams, this article aims to analyze a test taker’s right to know, as well as practical problems occurring during the implementing of Internetbased exams, to put forward measures and solutions regarding the protections of rights to know of the examinees
