摘要： 随着近几年国内掀起的“物流热” ,第四方物流正成为一个新兴的行业热点。本文从第四方物流的定义及其特点入手 ,通过对第四方物流实践案例的剖析 ,探讨了我国发展第四方物流的可行性与局限性 ,并阐述了我国发展第四方物流的具体思路。

Abstract: With lively discussions of logistics at home in recent years, the fourth party logistics(4PL) has become the new focus of trades. In this paper, starting with the definition and characteristics of 4PL, through the analysis of practical cases of 4PL, we discuss the possibility and limitation of practising 4PL, and put forward a specific proposal for developing 4PL in China.
