摘要/Abstract

摘要： 研究质量要素的KANO模型中,对质量要素评价倾向判定的方法在实际应用中,存在着某些质量要素评价倾向难以判定和不同质量要素评价倾向无法进行比较等问题。本文提出的改进方法基于质量元素的时间特性和统计概率特性,消除评价倾向难以判定的弊端。在此基础上,利用最大领先度的内部、外部和样本规模影响三个方面的性质,推导出度量质量要素评价倾向的指标——质量要素评价倾向归属度。
