Abstract: The article deals with the necessity for the ruling Party to represent the requirement for the development of advanced productive forces of society,which determines whether the ruling Party could remain in power.To do so,the ruling Party must uphold the liberation & development of productive forces as the starting point of all tasks and also strengthen and administer itself ideologically & organizationally
