Abstract: The administrative system of distance education ensures the smooth operation of distance education. It can be used to arrange teaching resources , organize teaching activities and sum up teaching data. It can also be used to guide and supervise the operation of the distance education center and ensure the smooth operation of teaching and learning. The paper analyses the design and implement plan of the administrative systemof distance education according to the demands of the School of Network Education of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications and sums up the process of the implement of the flexible and universal distance education system based on the www’s application system.
