摘要/Abstract

摘要： 美国次贷危机成因复杂，既有深厚的社会文化基础和货币政策因素，也是金融机构违规操作的结果；危机不仅启示人们要理性消费、居安思危，加强信息披露和金融监管，还启示人们减少个人和企业的税收，提升国民消费能力，才是振兴经济和促进经济持续发展的保障。

Abstract: There are lots of complicated causes leading to American secondary mortgage loan crisis, which is caused by deep social and cultural roots and the currency policy factors as well as irregular operation from finance institution. The crisis suggests that we should consume rationally, and enhance the release of information and supervision of the market. Moreover, it indicates that to cut down income tax from the individuals and the company and improve the consumption capacity are the measures to healthily invigorate and develop economy.
