Abstract: The lack of and difficulty in the access to information are no longer the obstacle of modern knowledge acquisition. In contrast, many human living-quality problems and social issues caused by information violence aroused people’s attention. A clear understanding of the running state and formative cause is the precondition of relieving the negative impact of information violence. The immediate consequence of information violence is the pungent conflict between information violence and cognition leanness, which has caused physical and mental problems, and thus jeopardizing human well-being and the social harmony.
