摘要:

在线学习是一种网络化学习,在线学习者进行知识共享是发挥知识价值最大化的有效途径。采用问卷调查的方法,以北京邮电大学网络学习者为调查对象,从知识共享动机、平台建设、共享内容等方面调查分析了影响网络学习者进行知识共享的因素,探讨了促进网络学习者进行知识共享的有效途径。

Abstract:

Online learning is a kind of network learning. Knowledge sharing of online learners plays an effective role in maximizing the value of knowledge. By using questionnaire survey approach to investigate network learners in Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, this paper analyzes the factors that affect online learners’ knowledge sharing from knowledge sharing motivation, platform construction, and sharing content, and then discusses the effective way to promote network learners to share knowledge.
