Abstract:

Usually, there are two contradictory behavior bodies in the social group event: the social group and the public department This paper will prove the importance of the public information management in the process of the social group event through detailed case study, and also introduce the concept of “asymmetric information” that plays an important role in the causality chain as to the interaction between the social group and the public department The purpose is to build a model for the social group event process as well as to find a reasonable way to avoid the social group event by the analysis of its process
