摘要/Abstract

摘要：

以制造企业样本为数据来源，运用典型相关分析和多元回归方法分析了用户特性、制造商特性和参与障碍对企业技术创新绩效的影响。结果表明，用户特性、制造商特性与参与障碍具有显著影响；用户特性、制造商特性和参与障碍对企业技术创新绩效具有显著影响。

关键词: 用户参与, 产品开发, 技术创新绩效

Abstract:

Data were collected from manufacturing enterprises to analyze the impact of user properties, manufacturer properties and the obstacle of participation on enterprises’ technical innovation performance Canonical correlation and multiple regression were adopted in the analysis The results showed that user properties, manufacturer properties and the obstacle of participation had a significant impact on enterprises’ technical innovation performance.
