摘要:

为了分析2008年电信业重组后移动通信市场占有率的变化情况,利用马尔可夫链模型,结合实际数据构建二次规划模型,运用Excel对转移概率矩阵进行了估计和预测,并对影响市场占有率的因素进行了分析。研究发现,重组后中国移动、中国联通、中国电信的竞争格局逐步优化,但近期内不会有根本性变化,各运营商需更深入地研究客户需求,采用针对性的竞争手段,才能获得更有利的市场地位,也需调整相应监管政策来确保市场的有效竞争。

Abstract:

In order to analyze the change of mobile market share after the reorganization, this study established the Markov chain forecasting model, constructed quadratic programming model with the actual data, and estimated transition probability matrix by Excel. Then this study analyzed the influencing factors of the market share, and found out that the market competition pattern of the three operators was gradually optimized but not changed fundamentally in the short run. They need to study the consumers’ requirements deeply to improve their market performance, and the regulators also need to change the policies to guarantee the effective competition.
