Abstract:

The three Chinese new telecom operators have faced the challenge of joint construction and sharing of some existed network elements, so it is necessary to find a way to stimulate the operators to cooperate and lessen the transaction cost This paper focuses on the cooperation mechanism of three telecom operator after restructuring First of all, it analyzes the effect of the governmental regulation on the competition and cooperation among operators And then it constructs models to analyze the situation for building or accessing games without regulation Considering the network externalities, this paper proposes an effective way for use of network facilities which are based on the number of users
