Abstract:

With the wide application of new radio technology and business in social economy and people’s livelihood, there is a growing demand for spectrum and the contradiction between supply and demand of radio spectrum is becoming increasingly prominent Through the analysis of existing spectrum literatures and ITU reports, four assessment dimensions of influencing factors of radio spectrum value are determined, that is, time, geographic location, frequency and technology And the assessment indicators of each dimension are formed through expert interview, and thereby, the initial indicator system of radio spectrum value influencing factors is established Based on this, the method of factor analysis is employed to expand and screen the initial indictors, and consequently, the final indicator system of radio spectrum value influencing factors is established, which lays theoretical foundation for building reasonable radio spectrum value evaluation system and assessing radio spectrum value effectively
