摘要/Abstract

摘要： 在对社会网络和高校学习型团组织发展背景进行分析的基础上，基于社会网络理论，以某高校团校的网络平台为例，分析了该平台中组织成员的地位、网络的聚集性、群体的分布及成员的学习态度等，发现社交网络中学习型团组织平台中成员的角色与地位与实际人际关系有着密切联系，网络聚集程度高，且存在大量群体，群体成员的学习态度也有较大的差别，对待不同任务的态度也有较大的差别。

Abstract: Based on social network theory and the development background of the learning-type Communist Youth League, taking the network platform of a certain university as an example, the role of the members, the cluster of the network, the distribution of the population and members’ learning attitudes of this platform are analyzed It is found that the role and status of the learning-type Communist Youth League in the network are closely linked to the actual relationships, that the degree of network cluster is high, and that group members have different learning attitudes, and also show different attitudes towards different tasks
