摘要： 从欧盟理念、法律生长与输出的有利条件、历史脉络与主要成就、超国家组织和欧元等视角入手，对具有超国家性质的欧盟法律输出进行了多维视角分析，探讨了其历史地位、基本特点与经验教训，认为欧盟法和欧盟法律输出对于区域一体化，特别是对于长期以来难以在国家法及/或国际法层面获得法律解决之道的某些问题、某些国家、某些地区来说，欧盟法和欧盟法律输出可能是一个非常有益的参考视角。

Abstract: In order to have multi-perspectives of European Union law export, an analysis of European idea, the favorable conditions for the development and law export of European Union law, historical outlines and major achievements, and supranational organization and Euro is made After making a summary of European Union law export in terms of its historical status, basic characteristics, experiences and lessons, a conclusion is drawn that European Union law and its export is a beneficial reference for those issues, countries and regions for their lack of legal solutions for some questions that have not been solved at national and international panel under legal framework
