摘要: 采用投入产出方法考察了中国房地产业与信息产业的关联度,计算结果表明,从价值量来看,房地产业消耗的信息产品和服务总量并不多;考虑到信息产品和服务的价格在近年明显下降,房地产价格持续上涨,因此从数量上看,房地产业消耗的信息产品和服务显著增加了。就地区比较而言,北京、上海等地房地产业对信息产业的消耗水平较高。在房地产业内部,物业管理业和房地产中介服务业的信息化程度较高,但开发阶段的信息化水平还较低。

Abstract: The correlation between Chinese real estate industry and information industry by the input-output method is examined It is found that the volume of information products and services that China’s real estate industry consumes is not much Given that the prices of information products and services have been significantly decreasing while the prices of real estate have been rising these years, the real estate’s consumption of information products and services in quantity have increased significantly The level of information consumption by real estate industry is higher in Beijing, Shanghai and other coastal areas The informatization degree in property management and real state angency is higher, but is still relatively low in the development phase and construction phase
