Abstract: The paper briefly answers the question of what is the Digital Library and its technology.According to the current condition of Chinese libraries,it suggests that some steps should be taken to establish special resources databases on Internet,investigate the utilization ratio of literature,improve the services and transform the ideas of service and so on
