Abstract: This paper first analyzes the problems which exist in College English Teaching and the significance of crossculture communication and then focuses on the discussion about the content and methods of involving crossculture communication in College English Teaching. Finally, it puts forward several suggestions about the application of cross-culture communication in College English Teaching on the basis of the author s teaching experience.
