Abstract:

Internet opinion and Internet public opinion are the key concepts to understanding the Internet public sphere The paper discusses the meaning of opinion and public opinion, and analyses differences between Internet opinion and Internet public opinion The paper points out that Internet opinion is a kind of free speeches made by netizens with intuitive knowledge and prejudice, and sometimes with strong emotion, while Internet public opinion is a discussion with critique and public spirit This research helps to construct and develop the Internet public sphere
