Relationships among Leadership Behavior, Perceived Organizational Support
and Employee Engagement
——Taking telecom enterprises as an example

Abstract:

 On the basis of 315 effective survey samples collected from different telecom enterprises of several areas, this paper empirically investigates the relationships among leadership behavior, perceived organizational support (POS) and employee engagement with SPSS 170 and AMOS 170 Results show that leadership behavior and POS have a significant effect on employee engagement POS plays a partial mediating role between leadership behavior and employee engagement Finally, the paper gives some proposals for elevating employee engagement in telecom enterprises
