Abstract:

Because of the scarcity of spectrum resource, how to elevate its utilization efficiency to maximize its value becomes an important issue that each country’s radio spectrum management departments are facing The value of spectrum and its process of creation are analyzed, and the evaluation system of spectrum value is constructed to explore the impact of different elements of spectrum resource value on the creation of spectrum resource value Finally management suggestion is put forward to provide references for relevant departments of radio spectrum management
